FinalCut_to_Nuke

This is a presentation of our final cut to nuke workflow script we developed. The video shows how to use it and the advantages of such a workflow. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
We are going to release the plugin in the near future as a beta Version.

  1. Hello. I find your script very interesting. I find it more useful than .fcpxml to .nk script as yours brings all the clips into Nuke at once (I find this useful for balancing color between the various clips), creates the folder structure and updates the xml file. This is a fantastic script.
    However I am still learning Nuke, could you please explain how to 'install' your scripts into Nuke please. That is something I do not yet know how to do. Thank you.
    Also will you be updating/adding to features to this script?

  3. "First release of the Hiero killer ;)"

    To match up with Hiero, is it possible to convert the .mov files into image sequences (like .EXR)?

    So in Nuke, we could use image sequences instead of .mov in the read node. :)

    That would be amazing!!!
